First steps - getting started

  1. Click on ‘company name’ tab from drawer menu(below profile tab)

  2. Click ‘+’ button (top right corner)

  3. Enter company name

  4. Enter company’s email address

  5. Enter phone number

  6. Click on ‘Ok’ button (green button)

Note : Sister company added

  1. Go to company’s page

  2. Click on the ‘profile icon’ of the required company

  3. Click on ‘Invite User’ button

  4. Enter user’s email address in the popup opened

  5. Click on ‘Ok’

Note : Invite sent to user successfully

  1. Click on ‘New Order’ button from the orders tab(top right corner)

  2. Select a vehicle from the dropdown menu

  3. Assign a driver to the vehicle if not already assigned from ‘Manage Vehicle and Driver’ button provided

  4. Select a dealer from the dropdown menu

  5. Select a product by clicking on ‘Select Product 1 ?’ button

  6. Fill details such as quantity, amount, remarks, and cash reimbursement(if any)

  7. Add another product(if required)

  8. Click on ‘Save’ button

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Invoices’ tab (bottom-center of the screen)

  2. Click on ‘Pay’ button for a invoice you want to acknowledge payment

  3. Select payment mode

  4. Change payment date(if required)

  5. If TDS applicable, you can enable/disable TDS by clicking on ‘Tax Settings’ button

  6. Amount will be pre-filled

  7. Enter the following details

    1. Bank name

    2. Transaction number

    3. Remarks

  8. Click on ‘Create Payment’ button

  1. Click on ‘Vehicles’ tab from drawer menu (below transactions tab)

  2. Click on ‘New Vehicle’ button

  3. Enter your vehicle number

  4. Click on ‘Add Vehicle’ button

Note : Vehicle will be added to the vehicle list

  2. Click on Vehicle request icon (top right corner of the screen)

  3. Select ‘Your Requests’ button

Sign Up

  1. Click on ‘new Customer’ button

  2. Enter your Company’s name

  3. Enter your Email address

  4. Enter your Phone number

  5. Enter Password

  6. Click on ‘Sign up’ button

Note – You will now be signed up as Customer. You can now proceed to Login

Forgot Password

  1. Click on ‘new Dealer’ button

  2. Enter your Company’s name

  3. Enter your Dealer code

  4. Enter your Email address

  5. Enter your Phone number

  6. Enter Password

  7. Click on ‘Sign up’ button

Note – You will now be signed up as Dealer. You can now proceed to Login.

  1. Click on ‘Login’ button

  2. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ option

  3. Enter Phone number

  4. Click on ‘send reset password message’ button

  5. Open Text message and check for OTP

  6. return to the app, enter OTP received with new password and log in

Log In​

  1. Enter the Email address you entered while signing up

  2. Enter Password

  3. Click on ‘Proceed’ button

  4. Enter OTP received in your Email address

  5. Click on ‘Login’ button

Note – You will now be logged into the App.

  1. Click on ‘Resend’ button

  2. Enter OTP received in your Email address

  3. Click on ‘Login’ button

  1. Enter the Phone number you entered while signing up

  2. Enter Password

  3. Click on ‘Proceed’ button

  4. Enter OTP received as text message on your Phone

  5. Click on ‘Login’ button

Note – You will now be logged into the App.

  1. Click on ‘Resend’ button

  2. Enter OTP received on your phone

Validate and verify Users

  1. Verification screen will appear after logging in

  2. Click on ‘Verify’ button

  3. Open Email address to check for OTP

  4. Enter OTP in the App

  5. Click on ‘Send’ button

Note – Customer is now verified

  3. Open phone’s text message to check for OTP

Profile tab

Multiple companies tab

  1. Click on ‘Eye icon’ from drawer menu

  2. You can view – email, phone, and address

  3. You can edit address

  1. Click on ‘verify’ button beside your entered email

  2. you will be redirected to verification screen

  3. Click on ‘verify’ button

  4. Open Email address to check for OTP

  5. Enter OTP

  6. Click on ‘Send’ button

Company Settings Screen

  1. Click on ‘company name’ from drawer menu

  2. You can view – company name, company email address, email for correspondence, GST no, last fin year and manage notification OTP manager button

  1. Click on ‘company name’ from drawer menu (above dealers tab)

  2. Click on ‘Set OTP Manager’ button

  3. Select a user

  4. Click on ‘Done’ button

dealers tab

Dealer Main screen

  1. Click on ‘Dealers’ tab from drawer menu (above transactions tab)

    Note : You can now view dealers list

  1. You can view

    1. Dealers name

    2. PSOCs logo

    3. Daily total

    4. Balance

    5. product rates

Note : You can search a dealer from the search bar

  1. Click on ‘Dealers’ tab from drawer menu (above transactions tab)

  2. Click on ‘Add Dealer’ button

  3. Select one or multiple dealers from the checkbox from the list

  4. Click on ‘Done’ button

Daily total

  1. Go to Dealers tab

  2. Click on ‘Daily Orders’ button (green color) for the required dealer from the dealer list

  3. You will be able to view :-

    1. list of all orders

    2. total orders count

    3. total amount

  4. Details of each order includes :-

    1. date and time

    2. id no.

    3. vehicle no.

    4. amount

  5. Click on each order to view more details, such as :-

    1. product name

    2. quantity

    3. rate

    4. amount

  6. You can sort orders as per start/end date and time and also in ascending/descending order

Dealer settings

You can view and edit :-

  1. Dealer’s name, email, phone

  2. Option to enable/disable toggle button to send OTP to driver for purchase order

  3. Account details ( opening bal., advance deposits

  4. Tax settings (TDS/TCS) (last/current fin. year toggle button)

  5. Dealer settings ( T&C of dealer eight verified, dealer agreement status)

You can view and edit :-

  1. Dealer’s name, email, phone

  2. Option to enable/disable toggle button to send OTP to driver for purchase order

  3. Account details ( opening bal., advance deposits

  4. Tax settings (TDS/TCS) (last/current fin. year toggle button)

  1. Select a dealer from dealer list

  2. Click on profile icon (Image) to view settings page

  3. Check the toggle button on/off for dealer agreement status (inside dealer settings)

Note : Wait for dealer to verify in order to start transactions

  1. Select a dealer from dealer list

  2. Click on profile icon (Image) to go to settings page

  3. You can toggle on/off to enable/disable sending OTP to driver

Balance

  1. Go to Dealers tab

  2. Click on ‘‘A/C Balance’’ button (blue color) for the required dealer from the dealer list

  3. You will be able to view :-

    1. list of balance of each dealer (month, debit total, credit total, month-wise balance)

    2. Opening Bal

    3. Advance Deposits

    4. Outstanding Bal

    5. Final Balance

  4. You can change and filter year-wise

  5. Click on a particular balance from the list to expand and view :-

    1. Voucher type

    2. Voucher date

    3. Voucher amount (debit/credit)

    4. Cumulative balance

  6. On refresh, you can recalculate opening balance and each month’s total

Product rates

  1. Go to Dealers tab

  2. Click on ‘Product Rates’ button (purple color) for the required dealer from the dealer list

  3. In Product’s screen, you can view :-

    1. Product name

    2. Unit

    3. Category

    4. Rate

  4. On clicking a particular product, you can view :-

    1. Today’s date

    2. Today’s rate

    3. Calendar showing changes in rate

Note : You can only view products and rates. Rates cannot be edited

Transaction tab

Orders tab

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Orders’ tab (bottom left corner of the screen)

  2. You can view all your orders as well as sales orders

  3. In Order details(expandable), you can view :-

    1. Dealer’s company name

    2. Dealer’s user name

    3. Vehicle number

    4. Date

    5. Id number

    6. Product(rate, quantity, unit, amount)

    7. Sales order if created or not

    8. Total amount of a purchase order

    9. Cash reimbursement(if any)

    10. Remarks(if any)

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Orders’ tab (bottom left corner of the screen)

  2. You can search orders from the search bar(top of the screen)

  3. You can sort orders using the sorting buttons available below the search bar, which includes

    1. Pending

    2. Delivered

    3. History

    4. Sort by date

    5. Sort by time

  1. Click on ‘New Order’ button from the orders tab(top right corner)

  2. Select a vehicle from vehicle list 

  3. Assign a driver to the vehicle. 

    • If not already assigned click on ‘No driver assigned ‘ button to assign driver to vehicle. 

    • If another driver needs to be assigned then replace driver from driver list. 

  4. Select a dealer from dealer list 

  5. Click on ‘Add Product’ button to select product 

  6. Select a product from product list 

  7. Enter quantity or amount 

  8. Add another product(if required)

  9. Enter remarks(if any) 

  10. Click on ‘Save’ button

  1. Click on a particular purchase order from the orders tab

  2. You will be redirected to Edit Orders screen

  3. Edit the required details

  4. Click on ‘Save’ button

  5. You can also delete the order by clicking on ‘Delete’ button

Note : You can only edit an order before it goes into sales order phase

  1. Click on ‘New Order’ button from the orders tab(top right corner)

  2. Select a vehicle from vehicle list 

  3. Assign a driver to the vehicle. 

    • If not already assigned click on ‘No driver assigned ‘ button to assign driver to vehicle. 

    • If another driver needs to be assigned then replace driver from driver list. 

  4. Select a dealer from dealer list 

  5. Click on ‘Add Product’ button to select product 

  6. Select a product from product list 

  7. Click quantity and popup box opens 

  8. Popup box shows full tank toggle button. 

  9. Toggle ON Full Tank then click on ok button 

  10. Shows full tank text in place of product amount 

  11. Add another product(if required)

  12. Click on ‘Save’ button

  1. You can view all orders scroll down

  2. View  more orders button

  3. to view more orders click more orders button

  4. if no more orders available shows no more order text

Invoice Tab

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Invoices’ tab (bottom-center of the screen)

  2. You can view list of all invoices

  3. You can view invoice details such as :-

    1. company name

    2. Date

    3. Invoice number with link

    4. Amount

    5. ‘Pay’ button

  4. You can expand a particular invoice to view :-

    1. Sales order

    2. Product

    3. Quantity

    4. Rate

    5. Amount

    6. Date

    7. Vehicle number

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Invoices’ tab (bottom-center of the screen)

  2. Click on invoice number link from a particular invoice

  3. You can now view the invoice details

  4. Click on ‘Send Email’ button

  5. Change email address by clicking on ‘Change’ button(if required)

  6. Click on ‘Send’ button

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Invoices’ tab (bottom-center of the screen)

  2. Click on invoice number link from a particular invoice

  3. You can now view the invoice details

  4. Click on ‘Detailed’ button

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Invoices’ tab (bottom-center of the screen)

  2. You can search orders from the search bar(top of the screen)

  3. You can sort orders using the sorting buttons available below the search bar, which includes

    1. Paid

    2. Unpaid

    3. Sort by date

    4. Sort by time

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Invoices’ tab (bottom-center of the screen)

  3. Each payment consists of following details :-

    1. Company name

    2. Date

    3. Payment id

    4. Amount

    5. ‘View Account’ button

    6. Status – cleared or not

  4. Following details can be viewed by expanding an invoice :-

    1. Invoice number

    2. Invoiced date

    3. TDS (if applicable)

    4. Invoiced amount

    5. Payment mode

    6. Instrument number

    7. Bank name

    8. Remarks (if any)

Note : Click on ‘View Account’ button from each payment to go to Accounts screen

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Payments’ tab (bottom right corner of the screen)

  2. You can search orders from the search bar(top of the screen)

  3. You can sort orders using the sorting buttons available below the search bar, which includes

    1. Unpaid

    2. Paid

    3. Sort by date

    4. Sort by time

  1. From Transaction tab, go to ‘Payments’ tab (bottom right corner of the screen)

  2. Click on ‘Delete’ button for a particular payment

Vehicles tab

Vehicles tab

  1. Click on ‘Vehicles’ tab from drawer menu (below transactions tab)

  2. You will be able to view vehicle list

  3. Vehicle list details are as follows :-

    1. Vehicle number

    2. ‘Assign driver’ button

    3. More option button

  4. More option button includes :-

    1. vehicle type, vehicle number, driver name, phone, code

    2. Toggle button for vehicle usage

    3. Assign/Remove driver

    4. Vehicle report

    5. Delete vehicle(if not in use)

  1. Click on ‘Vehicles’ tab from drawer menu (below transactions tab)

  2. Click on ‘New Vehicle’ button

  3. Enter your vehicle number

  4. Click on ‘Add Vehicle’ button

Note : Vehicle will be added to the vehicle list

  1. Click on ‘Vehicles’ tab from drawer menu (below transactions tab)

  2. Enter vehicle number on the search bar

Note : You can search by vehicle number or driver assigned

  2. Click on filter icon beside add ‘New Vehicle’ button

  3. You can filter by vehicle status, vehicle type

  4. Vehicle status includes – in use/not in use

  5. Vehicle type includes – own use/on rent/on hire/sold

  1. Click on ‘Vehicles’ tab from drawer menu (below transactions tab)

  2. Click on ‘Assign Driver’ button (beside vehicle number)

  3. Select a driver from list

  4. Click on ‘Done’ button

  2. Click on ‘More Option’ button (beside ‘Assign Driver’ button)

  3. Click on Assign Driver option

  3. Click on ‘Ok’ button in the popup box

  5. On Vehicle Report screen, you can view :-

    1. List of reports (company name, id number, date and time, amount)

    2. Sales order

    3. Sum of HSD

    4. Sum amount

  6. On expanding a report by clicking on it you can view :-

    1. Product

    2. Quantity

    3. Rate

    4. Amount

  7. You can filter the list by entering start date and end date

  8. You can expand/collapse all reports at once by clicking on ‘Expand/Collapse’ button

  1. Click on ‘Vehicles’ tab from drawer menu (below transactions tab)

  2. Click on Vehicle request icon (top right corner of the screen)

  3. You can view two buttons :-

    1. Your requests

    2. Requests to you

  4. On clicking ‘Your Requests’ button :-

    1. You can view list of requests(pending/accepted)

    2. You can search from the search bar

    3. Click on ‘New Request’ button to request for new vehicle

  5. On clicking ‘Requests to You’ button :-

    1. You can view list of requests(pending/accepted)

    2. You can search from the search bar

    3. You can accept/delete requests

  1. Click on ‘Vehicles’ tab from drawer menu (below transactions tab)

  2. Click on Vehicle request icon (top right corner of the screen)

  3. Select ‘Your Requests’ button

  4. Click on ‘New Request’ button

  5. Enter vehicle number

  6. Click on ‘Search’ button

  7. You can view details such as – owner name, ‘Hire this Vehicle’ button

  9. If you want to own the vehicle, click on ‘Change Ownership’ button

drivers tab

  1. Click on ‘Vehicles’ tab from drawer menu (below transactions tab)

  2. You will be able to view drivers list

  3. Drivers list details are :-

    1. Name

    2. Phone

    3. Code

    4. More option button

  4. More option button includes :-

    1. Driver name, phone, code

    2. Update driver

    3. Delete driver(if not in use)

  2. Click on ‘New Driver’ button

  3. Enter driver details :-

    1. Name

  4. Click on ‘Add Driver’ button

Settings tab

  1. Click on ‘Settings’ tab from drawer menu (below users tab)

  2. You can change app theme – system/dark/light

  3. You can view store version

  4. You can check and update internal updates(if required), view store version

  5. You can delete your account

  1. OTP manager is assigned to provide OTP’s in case driver has issues with receiving OTP

  2. OTP manager will receive OTP on phone and email on behalf of driver to continue ordering process

  3. Select a user to set OTP manager

  4. Click on ‘Done’ button

  2. OTP manager will receive OTP on phone and email on behalf of driver to continue ordering process

  2. You can view ‘OTP Manager’ tag below phone number of a user from the list
